New 3 Year Warranty on Business Shredders
All IDEAL business shredders* purchased since september 2011 come with a 3-year machine warranty - the best in the market. The 3‐year warranty is on top of the existing 30‐year warranty that is already applicable on the shredder cutting shafts. We are able to offer such a generous warranties because of the high manufacturing standards of all IDEAL products. The first IDEAL shredder rolled off the production line over 60 years ago and we have company has thrived ever since. Today the products are still made in Germany in a huge state‐of‐the‐art ISO9001:2008‐certified facility. IDEAL is not just about manufacturing excellence but R&D as well. IDEAL won the prestigious red dot design award for its unique AL1 Alushredder – the world’s only paper shredder with customisable side panels and polished aluminium covers.
*The new 3‐year warranty will be inclusive of parts and labour and will be operated on a return‐to‐base system. The 3-year warranty applies to IDEAL shredders sold and used in the United Kingdom only. Three-phase and shredders in security levels 5 and 6 are excluded from the three year parts and labour warranty.
