All IDEAL shredders purchased since June 2010 come with specially hardened steel cutting shafts guaranteed for 30 years*. Our cutting shafts are made in Germany from Solingen Steel ensuring quality and reliability
Machines purchased from an authorised IDEAL outlet and maintained in accordance with manufacturer guidelines are provided with a 2-year machine parts warranty as standard.
*Except Level 6 security and three-phase models (guarantee is 2-years for shafts and machine).
